Julio is a graduate of the Division of Legal Studies at the University of Guadalajara, where he earned his law degree with honors on the CENEVAL General Graduation Exam.

During his professional career, he served as a judicial assistant in the Judicial Branch of the State of Jalisco, assigned to the Sixth Commercial Court, where he participated in the review of case filings, the drafting of settlements, and the preparation of judgments.

As part of his academic training, he holds a Diploma in Contentious Tax Law, awarded by the Mexican Bar Association, Jalisco Chapter.
