1. Active participation with regional senior management and headquarters in the consolidation and analysis of strategic information for the company’s projects throughout the Americas.
2. Coordination of the commencement of operations of the container terminal in Manzanillo.
3. Management of the international bidding process for the operation of the container and general cargo terminal in Puerto Cortés, Honduras, involving an investment of USD 624 million, as well as coordination of the commencement of operations.
4. Secured USD 177 million in financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the expansion of the Manzanillo container terminal.
5. Negotiation of the acquisition of the multimodal terminal in Tuxpan, Veracruz from Grupo TMM.
6. Led negotiations with governments, port authorities, and labor unions.

1. Legal counsel in public tenders and the development of infrastructure, transportation, and logistics projects in Mexico, including the Manzanillo and Lázaro Cárdenas container terminals, with an estimated investment between USD 900 million and USD 1 billion.
