Chagollán Godoy, José David
Perfil
José David is a junior associate at Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster and is part of the Corporate and Business practice group at the Guadalajara office. His practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on corporate and transactional matters, particularly real estate and mergers and acquisitions. He participates in the structuring, review, and implementation of transactions, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of corporate and commercial contracts.
He holds a law degree with a specialization in Obligations and Contracts from the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus. His training enables him to bring a solid focus on contract law and transactional practice, supporting clients in both their day-to-day operations and complex projects. Adriana holds a law degree from the Law School of the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus. She is currently working on her thesis, which focuses on analyzing the rights of irregular migrants in light of refugee rights under public international law.

She also participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition as a member of the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus, team, earning third place nationally with her team. Individually, she placed third as “Best Oralist” in the preliminary rounds held in Mexico City.
Adriana also authored an article for the American Bar Association focusing on the erga omnes obligations of states in the field of public international law.
